A rare view of the river
Located in front of the grand entrance of the Oak Alley Plantation, with its 28 majestic oaks planted along a stretch of 400 meters, the Mississippi Riverwalk is a small dirt road that follows the river for several miles. With charming scenery, it offers a rare view of the river (the city is built below the water level, so good views of the Mississippi are hard to find).
