Mirror Lakes

Um dos lugares mais famosos da ilha Sul da Nova Zelândia é Milford Sound. E a estrada que vai de Queenstown até Milford Sound faz valer aquela máxima que o caminho às vezes importa mais que o destino. A estrada é maravilhosa, as paisagens mudam constantemente e é difícil dirigir 10 km sem parar o carro. E no meio do caminho estão os Mirros Lakes, lagos espelho que refletem a paisagem na água. Se o dia estiver limpo e o céu claro, é possível tirar fotos e depois ver de ponta-cabeça que você não vê a diferença. Vale muito a pena parar nesses lagos na ida para Milford Sound.

Il est conseiller de s'arrêter plutôt le matin ou le soir pour pouvoir admirer les reflets des montagnes en fond et de la végétation qu'offrent ces miroirs. Situés sur la SH 94, route reliant Te Anau à Milford Sound. Pour information il faut compter environ 02h30 pour atteindre Milford Sound en voiture depuis Te Anau. Mirror Lakes, c'est la pause idéale sur cette route!
