Viewpoint of Santa Lucia

From this viewpoint there is a very good overview of the Alfama district and the Tagus River. The views are great, in fact there is usually painters in the area to leave the landscape immortalized. On the south side of the church we have a tiled wall, one representing the appearance of the Square Trade before the earthquake and another tells how the attack happened at Castillo de San Jorge.

This square has privileged views of the Alfama district and the river Tajo. In the square is Santa Lucia Church and photo shows Commerce Square before the earthquake that devastated Lisbon in 1755. You can also visit the Museum of Decorative Arts, but mostly it's best to rest on San Jorge Castle street and admire the stunning views
