Miquel Barceló´s Large Uprigth Elephant

Ayer estuve todo el día de trabajo en Madrid. Una vez terminados los deberes, tuvimos unos minutos de merecido descanso en forma de paseo. Pese a mis colores futbolísticos, Madrid es una ciudad que me encanta. He estado muchas veces pero muy poco tiempo en cada visita, lo cual es una auténtica lástima porque me parece una ciudad espectacular. En cada viajecito voy descubriendo algo que me fascina y esta vez fue el CaixaForum y el Gran elefante erguido de Miquel Barceló. El Gran elefante erguido hace honor a la fama que precede a Barceló, un artista capaz de sorprender con todo lo que hace. El elefante es brutal, da gusto estar un rato contemplándolo desde todos los ángulos posibles. Por si esto fuera poco, en la segunda planta del CaixaForum se expone estos días La solitude organisative del propio artista mallorquín. Las pinturas me dejaron con la boca abierta. Las texturas, la profundidad de sus obras, y en el fondo la sencillez. Qué bien compuestos están esos lienzos. Da gusto pasear por una ciudad así, con tantas posibilidades en todos los sentidos. C'est une œuvre du sculpteur de Majorque Barcelo, sur la petite place de Caixa Forum et qui nous invite à entrer dans l'exposition à l'intérieur. Créée en 2009, elle est exposée au public pour la première fois. Elle est en bronze et mesure 7 mètres de haut. Si tu passe dans la Promenade de Prado, tu ne peux qu'admirer cette œuvre colossale et profiter de sa forme. Si tu veux, n'hésites pas à visiter le reste de l'exposition intérieure.
