Privileged Nature
Going to the salt mines in Salinas has been one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. To get there, we took a small dirt path that crossed a beautiful and mighty river. We climbed a hillside and reached the mines full of peace and harmony. We could breathe the fresh air and look at the salt water pouring from the belly of the earth causing soil like that found on the moon. And even more exciting is to see how the old women of the village work collecting water and transforming it to salt in the historic huts.
