Milan Metro

The Milan metro consists of three lines: the red line for the north-west part, the green line for the south-east part and the yellow line for the north-south part. It is very effective, the time between metro stops is just a couple of minutes, so if you miss one it doesn´t matter because another one will arrive in a flash :D Tickets can be purchased at metro stations, on news stands and in newsagents. You can buy a single ticket or a travel pass for 10 trips, but beware! The travel pass is individual, therefore it cannot be used by more than one person at a time.
