It might seem a little weird that I'm about to recommend that you go to a Swiss restaurant in Venezuela, but one of the characteristics of multiculturalism in this country is that you can find restaurant "authentic" in many countries. In my small Swiss fondue you can have a top quality, plus crepes, and other specialties such as carpaccio of brie fondue dessert nutella or creme brulee, similar to crème brûlée.
