Metropol Hotel

Located near both the Swiss and French railway stations, Hotel Metropol is ideally situated within walking distance of downtown and right next to the tram interchange which gets you anywhere in the city in a jiffy. The staff are nice, the rooms are great and the breakfast is delicious I believe, though I couldn't try it as I had to get up so early. Definitely a recommended hotel.
