Wooden beams, rustic and medieval decoration, the Sun Inn was a great place to end our visit in Olite, tasting some of the delicious wines (which are famous because of the high quality of the wineries) and tasting some of their varied pintxos or Iberian dishes. It is situated in the Plaza Carlos III the Noble, which is located at the entrance to the Castle of Olite. It features several tables and even a fireplace, in winter, which makes the place even more welcoming. When the weather permits they put out a terrace on the square.
