La Spezia Central Market

In the historic center is a modern, different, undulating building, one of those rarities in the midst of the cities that suddenly attracts attention. The central market of La Spezia is a landmark, no walls, but a roof, winding arcades, and fantastic games. A species of ancient marketplace with awnings, but in a modern style with "street" stalls of fruits, vegetables, and fish. When evening falls, everything disappears, and the market is empty, like a whale carcass. Its one of the more curious markets I have seen, it's a worthwhile place to get a feel of the city.
