Come stile assomiglia ad una catena di caffè americani, invece il Memento cafè è made in Bulgaria. Nel centro di Sofia ce ne sono tre. Io ho provato sia quello di Rakovsky street e quello all’interno del Palazzo della Cultura. La qualità dei prodotti è ottima, il servizio cordiale e simpatico, l’ambiente decisamente giovane e trendy. C’è anche una selezione di tè da asporto davvero ottima. Il posto giusto sia per gustare un buon caffè, sia per i patiti del tè. Tutti hanno anche tavoli all’esterno.
