A British pub in the Canary Islands? Impossible! If you've been to the Canaries then you'll know I'm being sarcastic...there are more English-style pubs in the tourists towns than there are Spanish restaurants. That fact shouldn't stop you though, after all, sometimes a juicy burger and a frosty pint of lager really hits the spot.
McSorley's is an English pub in the marina of Puerto Calero and has a really nice laid-back atmosphere in the evenings when it's breezy, uncrowded, and they turn on the deck lights. At lunch, I'd suggest getting a paella or fideua at the Taberna de la Puerta
