Bill Bird Marina

The area of Haulover Park has several places for outdoor recreation. Among them is the Bill Bird Marina, located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. This marina is a perfect meeting place if you want to take a boat ride or go fishing. You can rent books and organize your own excursion. One of the most interesting trips passes through the Gulf Stream and takes about 20 minutes. It's interesting because the water temperature is warmer, so there is more marine life including ahi tuna, white marlin, sailfish, and more. The marina has a capacity of about 90 ships, and has an area to clean and cut fish.
