Horrible. Mis vacaciones han sido una pesadilla por culpa de este hotel. Me siento engañado. En primer lugar, nunca he comido tan mal en un hotel. La comida era muy poco variada y muy mal condimentada. Ello ha motivado, lo que nunca me había ocurrido hasta ahora, y es que tenía ganas de que se terminaran mis vacaciones para poder comer en condiciones. Cuando hablo de comer me refiero a la cena, ya que al mediodía no dan comidas y te tienes que buscar la vida fuera del hotel o en el chiringuito que hay en la piscina (esto ultimo no lo recomiendo, ya que si la comida del restaurante es mala, imagínate esta otra) Sobre la animación del hotel, hay que verlo para creerlo. Salvo en un par de ocasiones en las que cantaron unos cantantes de color, que éstos si que eran profesionales, el resto era esperpéntico. Me explicare, resulta que las personas que se dedicaban a animar por la mañana en la piscina organizando torneos, eran los mismos que luego actuaban en la minidisco, posteriormente organizaban un bingo ( como el que organizan en los viajes del inserso para nuestros mayores) y posteriormente, tras cambiarse de vestuario actuaban realizando coreografias. Con respecto a la piscina, solamente puedo decir que esta en consonancia con el resto de las instalaciones. No hay césped, sino cemento puro y duro alrededor de la piscina. El césped que hay en el hotel es con fines ornamentales y no se encuentra en el entorno de la piscina. Además, no hay prácticamente nada de sombra y las hamacas son insuficientes, por lo que si quieres conseguir una hamaca tendrás que madrugar bastante para poner tu toalla sobre una de ellas. Con respecto a la limpieza del hotel, solamente puedo decir que al principio fue inexistente, llegando incluso a no hacerme la cama, por lo que tuve que protestar en recepción. A partir de ese día la verdad es que la limpieza fue correcta y las camas me las hacían todos los días. Lo que no comprendo es que tenga que protestar por estas cosas en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Con respecto a la ubicación del hotel, para mí ya no podía ser peor. Me explicare. El hotel esta a más de 500 metros de la playa ( casi quince minutos andando). Imaginaros en pleno mes de agosto con un calor sofocante, tener que recorrer esa distancia con niños. Y es que hay que tener en cuenta que muchos días, esa distancia me veía forzado a recorrerla en contra de mi voluntad, ya que no había sitio en la piscina al estar todas las hamacas ocupadas (hay que tener en cuenta que el suelo del entorno de la piscina es de cemento y gran parte de él encharcado). Sinceramente, creo que este establecimiento podía ser un mal hotel de una o dos estrellas, pero nunca un cuatro estrellas. Desconozco la forma en la que conceden las estrellas de un establecimiento hotelero, pero creo que debería estar más controlado por la autoridad competente para ello. Yo sinceramente me siento engañado y no solamente no voy a volver a este hotel, sino a ninguno de la cadena hotelera a la que pertenece. Por cierto, por contratar la estancia por internet, nos regalaron una invitacion para usar el Spa. Sobre dicho servicio no puedo opinar, ya que después de comprobar la calidad de los servicios que presta el hotel y la limpieza del mismo, no nos atrevimos a utilizarlo. Con respecto a los comentarios positivos sobre este hotel que hay en la página web, sinceramente no lo comprendo, a no ser que sean realizados por personas con algún tipo de vinculación laboral con el referido establecimiento hotelero. En una palabra, han sido unas vacaciones horribles, por culpa de un establecimiento hotelero, que a mi entender debería tener como máximo una o dos estrellas, siempre y cuando mejoraran gran cantidad de cosas.

I honestly feel cheated and not only will not go back to this hotel, but none of the chain to which it belongs. By the way, stay online hiring, gave us an invitation to use the Spa. About this service I can not say, because after checking the quality of the services provided by the hotel and cleaning it, we did not dare to use it. With respect to the positive comments about this hotel is in the website, we sincerely do not understand, unless they are made by people with some kind of working relationship with said hotel establishment. In a word, have been horrible holiday, because of a hotel, which I believe should have at most one or two stars, provided lot of things improve.
