Mar Azul Restaurant

Roses is not a very lively town in autumn, but we were lucky to find this restaurant which was open in November. We decided to go because we saw lots of local people dining there which is always a good sign, and we were not wrong. It had delicious homemade food and friendly service. We ordered paella, fish soup and steamed mussels, three great dishes. The mussels are also highly recommended because they are prepared with a hint of a french liquor, giving them a very unique scent. We returned the next night and this time we ordered hake in green sauce and grilled sardines!
