Map by Higüey

A diverse city! Walking the streets of Higüei, I discovered numerous places. We passed a very original furniture store with a sign that said "Take it free", so there can be no talk of a crisis lol! On the main street of Higuey, we saw ads of all kinds, we could see that it was a diverse city! We saw the fire department of Higuey, the courthouse, the post office or Dominican Postal Institute, stationery shops, greengrocers, hairdressers etc. What we saw the most was the country's poverty. I found it very difficult to see children begging on the streets.
