Manuel Vidal Bakery

During our autumn journey around Chinchon, we visited this quaint typical bakery, located in the arcades of the Plaza Mayor. There, without us asking, the clerk informed us about the breaded "works of art" and their symbology. All of these were in his store: The breads of luck, the buns with egg to eat inseparable partners, anise-flavored novice "breast" buns of Chinchon, the friar's balls, the passover cakes or donuts of Santa Clara. Definitely a place where they make good bread, with art, love and philosophy.
