A haunted place
This is a mansion in San Jose, California, which consists of 4.5 acres (24,000 m). It was the residence of Sarah Winchester, the widow of William Wirt Winchester. The house was in constant construction for 38 years, until Sarah passed away. It cost approximately 5,500,000 dollars in 1922, which is the equivalent to 71 million dollars today. Today the mansion is used as a tourist attraction, named The Winchester Mystery House. It claims to be the most haunted place in the United States, and a sign outside warns you not to enter alone, or you might get lost forever!
