A friendly town
If you like to meet the locals during your holidays, and you're not afraid to immerse yourself in nature, then Manjimup is made for you! The name comes from one of the local Aboriginal tribes, and the settlement focuses on agricultural activities: here all sorts of plants are cultivated, including cherries, apples, grapes, lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes ...). Downtown there aren't many shops - food, clothing, charity etc, along with a post office and internet cafe. A warm and friendly town, where the people don't hesitate to welcome visitors.
