The Courtyard Brasserie & Bar

Tras una jornada familiar de paseo y juegos en las nieves no fuimos a comer al hotel tradicional que exiiste desde hace cientos de años en la pintoresca villa de Kenmore. Pero al llegar a la misma siguiendo la orilla norte del lago Tay, encontramos este lugar, parte de un campo de golf, resort y por supuesto restaurante. Ante esto, el frío y el hambre, decidimos probar lo que este lugar - precioso por otra parte - tenía que ofrecer y la verdad es que no decepcionó para nada. Muy elegante, con una tienda bastante curiosa junto al restaurante y con fuego real, una maravilla en donde relajarse. La atención correcta, amable y sobre todo un servicio muy rápido. Carta, medida pero compensada y a pesar de tener bastante opciones con gran pinta, llamó nuestra atención la selección de hamburguesas, caseras y de varias carnes, incluyendo: ternera, jabalí, venado, vegetariana y de pollo. Particularmente, me llamo la atención la de venado, carne que adoro y fue lo que pedí, en fotografía adjunta. Podríamos decir que buena pero me quedaría corto. ¡Qué pasada! la carne tierna, sabrosa y en su punto, presentada de manera inmaculada y junto a una cerveza nacional escocesa nueva "Three Hops" de Belhaven, posiblemente a mejor. Todo contentos, grandes y mayores por lo que no podemos hacer otra cosa que recomendar este lugar para comer, no solo por la comida, además por el ambiente, el fuego y su ubicación con vistas al lago. Muy pero que muy a la escocesa.

After a family day trip and snow games we were not eating the traditional hotel exiiste from hundreds of years ago in the picturesque village of Kenmore. But at the same along the north shore of Loch Tay, we found this place, part of a golf course, resort and restaurant course. Given this, the cold and hunger, we decided to try what this place - beautiful on the other hand - had to offer and the truth is not at all disappointed. Very elegant, with a rather curious shop next to the restaurant with real fire, a wonder to relax. The correct, friendly and above all a very quick service attention. Carta, but offset measure and despite having enough options with great pint, drew our attention to the selection of burgers, homemade and various meats including: beef, wild boar, venison, vegetarian and chicken. In particular, I call attention to the deer meat that I love and what I asked was, in photograph attached. We could say that good but I fall short. That last! the tender, tasty and at their best, immaculately presented and with a new Scottish national beer "Three Hops" Belhaven, meat possibly better. All happy, big and older so we can do nothing to recommend this place to eat, not only for food, also for the environment, fire and its location overlooking the lake. Very, very to the Scottish.
