Il ristorante Madre Selva, non grandissimo ma per questo molto accogliente, catapulta in Argentina non appena se ne varca la soglia: l'arredamento è molto curato e sembra davvero di non essere più in Italia. Il menù, costantemente aggiornato al cambio delle stagioni, comprende una vastissima scelta di piatti tipici argentini in cui la carne ha un ruolo di rilievo; lo chef propone diversi tagli, tutti molto succulenti, e diverse ricette. Anche chi non ama particolarmente la carne non rimane deluso perché il menù offre numerosi piatti vegetariani (o con variante vegetariana), permettendo davvero a tutti di godere di un'ottima cena. E per completare la cena si può scegliere tra i tanti dessert (tra cui spiccano i panqueques de manzans o al dulce de leche) e il mate, famosissimo liquore argentino. Lo chef e il suo staff, inoltre, hanno una grande cura dei commensali e sono sicuramente il tocco aggiunto a questo ristorante.

The restaurant Madre Selva, not great but for this very welcoming, catapult in Argentina as soon as you cross the threshold: the very nice and really seems to be more in Italy. The men, constantly updated to the change of the seasons, includes a wide choice of typical Argentine dishes where the meat has an important role; the chef offers different cuts, all very delicious and different recipes. Even those who do not particularly like the meat does not remain disappointed because the men offers several vegetarian (or vegetarian option), allowing everyone to really enjoy a good dinner. And to complete the dinner you can choose from the many desserts (among which the panqueques de manzans or dulce de leche) and mate, famous Argentine liquor. The chef and his staff also, have a great care of the guests and they are definitely the added touch to this restaurant.
