A large, clean beach
Just a few hundred metres from the town centre, the Old Port, the market, the shopping district and the casino, this beach is the best sandy beach in the city. Large, airy and clean - it is maintained daily by the municipal council - it is really very nice. This is the only public sandy beach in La Ciotat, and here a team of lifeguards work to supervise swimmers. You can buy ice cream and other snacks, and there are public toilets and a bouncy castle for the kids.
