Delicious food
My second favourite restaurant in the Caribbean! As the name suggests, Luigi's serves mostly Italian cuisine, and has a starter buffet, followed by a menu of main courses and desserts. You have to make reservations 24 hours in advance. There was so much to choose from on the buffet ... grilled zucchini, different types of pasta (spaghetti, lasagne, etc), pizza, calamari, tomato bread, and all kinds of salads ... as for main courses, we could choose from: 1) Fettuccine with cream and fresh seafood, 2) sea bass fillet on a bed of spinach with pistachio crust, saffron sauce and red pepper foam, 3) Shrimp over squid ink risotto, 4) beef tenderloin grilled on a bed of mushrooms with wine foam and finally 5) Chicken breast stuffed with peppers and sage with provolone cheese sauce.
