Dance and Dine in a Cave
César Manrique wasn't just an artist, he pioneered the commercial use of natural spaces, which doesn't seem bad to me if it's done in good taste and with respect, as is the case with Jameos del Agua, where there are 2 restaurants/cafes, one directly in the cave, and another right on top, sitting right over the pool. They function as cafes during the day, but they're much more impressive at night with the lighting of the Jameos.
