Los Blasones Restaurant

A couple of weeks ago I was in Santillana del Mar and Cantabria and found out that there is great meat there made on stone. We asked a guy about where we could eat a good steak on the stone and he recommended this place. We ate Fillet of beef with potatoes and peppers, as well as a tossed salad. So delicious! And that feast! It Met our expectations, of course. A note, rather than the stone, they put it on an iron. But the essence so happy.
