A place also known as the Police Academy in Los Angeles, is full of Los Angeles Police Department history. It is a private club that was established more than 70 years ago by Police Officers in Los Angeles as a training center. A task force of police officers and trustees in Los Angeles built the historic garden with rock and stone walls.
