Long Point

Long Point is a nature reserve located in the northwest of Lake Erie (one of the Great Lakes). It is a quiet area full of character, where many different birds nest. It is a protected area - you can walk through it although renting a canoe in one of the nearby towns is a good option. It's a very well-known and important spot for bird-watching.
