A good alternative
Located an hour by car or black cab from the city center, Stansted International Airport offers low-cost flights to the continent. It's a hub for traveling around Europe, with plenty of flights to a variety of destinations. To reach the airport, rich travelers can take a taxi, which costs about 120 euros from St Pancras Station. The journey by bus is quite complicated, so the best option is to catch the train from Liverpool Street station, which will reach the airport after four stops.
