Eating in an Anglican Church
I'll admit that British food isn't exactly a reference of international cuisine, however this restaurant deserves a shout out because it belongs to the Loch Fyne chain of restaurants that specializes in seafood, especially oysters, and offers fresh produce and a market with an affordable menu ( around 25 pounds / person) and lunch menus that will definitely leave you well-fed for around £ 10. The glass of wine goes for about 4 pounds and the bottle between 15-30, which is too much for England. And to finish, a shot of single malt whiskey 15 years costs about 4 euros (a bargain). The Loch Fyne Gosforth is on the outskirts of Newcastle, about 15 minutes by car, next to a pleasant park of the same name, which wander if you go in spring or summer.
