My favorite restaurant in the Middle East is The Spaguetto. It is a place with a family atmosphere where you can enjoy the best pasta in Doha. I usually go with my husband and my friends once a week. The menu offers a great variety, so there is something for everyone. My favorite dish is the Fettuccini Carbonara and of course, pizza.
