No solo en Torrelodones, sino también ...
No solo en Torrelodones, sino también repartidos por toda la geografía española (e incluso algunos locales por el mundo), se encuentra la taberna vasca Lizarrán.
Mi primera impresión antes de entrar fue que una taberna vasca en Madrid no podría dar buen resultado.
Esa opinión cambió en cuanto vi el mostrador repleto de una enorme variedad de pinchos de una pinta exquisita que le alegraban a uno el paladar con solo mirarlos, al igual que ocurre, (quien haya estado lo sabe) en Bilbao o San Sebastián al entrar en sus tabernas en las que hacen con esmero sus ya famosos pintxos.
Reconozco que el precio de cada pincho no es que se pueda llamar barato, cuesta 1,85€/unidad, pero la verdad, que nunca he comido por algo más de 300 de las antiguas pesetas, con tanto placer. Aparte, el local es muy bonito, con una terraza en la parte de atrás muy fresquita, con fuente y todo!
Y para muestra, no un botón, sino un par de fotos de los pinchos que nos comimos este fin de semana.
Si por alguno de vuestros viajes os encontrais con alguna taberna Lizarrán, no dudeis en hacer un alto en el camino y darle un capricho al cuerpo.
PD. Su web está muy trabajada, además tienen una lista de todos los locales que hay, con direcciones y demás y también podemos ver fotografías de todos los pinchos de los que disponen.
Not only in Torrelodones, but also scattered throughout the Spanish geography (and even some locals around the world), is the Basque tavern Lizarrán. My first impression was that before entering a Basque tavern in Madrid could not give good results. If any of your travels you find yourself with a tavern Lizarrán not hesitate to make a stop along the way and give a treat to the body. P.S.
