Small bar

This place is a small bar on the boulevard des Brotteaux. We chose it because it was near the train station of Lyon Part Dieu, and as we had a train to catch soon after it was ideal. We were surprised because it was pretty and full of young professionals on a weekdays at 10 pm, which does not usually happen outside the old center of Lyon. In general, people do not leave the center, there is no culture of the neighborhood, but L'Horloge, which means the clock is different. It is a small wooden house that has been turned into a bar, and it has two floors. Upstairs is more to sit a while, and downstairs is to drink standing.

People are also outside, first because you can not smoke inside but also because they lack space! The drinks are classic beers and spirits, but Lyon is also a great wine region, you can try bottles of local produce, some are very good. The place generally open until 1 am. I greatly recommend coming here if you are in the area, for example if you are at the train station. You will enjoy the atmosphere and the people.
