Les Vagues

Les Vagues means waves and is a restaurant in the village of El Oualidia, south of El Jadida. It is next to the beach and served fried, grilled fish, seafood and shellfish... but the specialty is the oysters. We went in September and it was a good time to eat them, and they are served with both bread and lemon and are wonderful. The restaurant overlooks the sea, and there is a room in the shade, though the people are not too warm or friendly. The restaurant makes its ice cream, which is very good too.
