Le Prieuré Restaurant

The Le Prieuré restaurant is one of my favorite places to eat in the Pays de la Loire region. It is a must if you do the route of the "Loire by bike", since this castle-hotel is perched on a hill which overlooks the river has wonderful views. The attentive service at Le Prieuré is a 'extra' to take into account, you receive personal attention at all times. The simple and elegant terrace restaurant offers a place of tranquility coming from the forests which surround the Loire. The lounge, with its large windows, is decorated with great detail and expertise. And the food ... what about the menu?! The dishes are excellent and are all prepared using local produce.
