The philosophy of this chain, spread to the four corners of the world but still unknown in Italy, is based primarily on the use of organic and natural ingredients. Along with the ingredients, all of the local franchises also respect the same style of furniture: furniture made ​​of recycled wood with a country and rustic atmosphere.

One particular thing characterizes the chain: their seats are in large tables, so that their customers sit between strangers and share the space and, who knows, maybe make new friends. The one I visited is located on 7th Avenue, on the block opposite the entrance of Central Park.
