Monteverdi

The Monteverdi is an Italian restaurant on the rue Princesse, near metro Mabillon. It's a quiet place to go to dinner for a date or maybe with a small groups of friends. It is a small room with a very nice antique decor, dark tones, and soft lighting. There are book collections on the walls, it reminds me of someone's living room. They serve very great dishes, traditional cuisine at reasonable prices. There is pasta with shells, amazing risottos, and a nice wine list. The dishes are delicately prepared. The full dinner with wine comes to about 40 euros per person, which is really good for this touristy neighborhood.
