El chef Pepe Ocaña es nuevo al mando de este sitio abierto y cómodo en una bella casona. La ensalada de atún fresco con papa roja es un juego de texturas y sabores con guacamole y durazno, un mix de lechugas, jitomate y la inclusión de salsa ponzu y miel. Pide los piquillos rellenos de cordero lechal, el huachinango al rojo vivo y los canelones de dulce de leche y helado de rompope.
The chef Pepe Ocaña is back in charge of this open and comfortable house in a beautiful place. Fresh tuna salad with red potato is a play of textures and flavors with guacamole and peach, a mix of lettuce, tomatoes and salsa and ponzu including honey. Calls peppers stuffed baby lamb, red snapper red hot cannelloni and sweet milk and eggnog ice cream.
