Le Cirque is a world-famous New York restaurant opened in 1974 by renowned restaurateur Sirio Maccioni. It made its name not only for being the center of New York's social scene for many years, but for also having employed some of America's top chefs over the years (Boulud, Bouley, Zakarian to name a few). Despite the fame, the restaurant maintains a family feel and the service and hospitality are always unexpectedly warm.
