Food which exceeds your expectations!
It is the chef Eric Plans who is largely responsible for the success of the Le 7eme vague restaurant. If you are lucky enough to go on a Thursday, you can try one of their delicious dishes for less than 25 €. I recommend the sea sauerkraut white wine butter, the seafood stew with dry muscat wine, cassoulet of cuttlefish and squid 'Pata Negra' or rice with clams and ink. The wine they serve there is also renowned for being excellent. The culture of the sea is faithfully reflected in the menu of restaurant Le 7ème vague. Its modern and stylish decor is in keeping with the endless possibilities offered by the menu.
