The building has 9 apartments, all bright and large (45 m2 to 65 m2). The apartments are located near the Parador in a quiet street and you can reach the historic center with a short and pleasant walk

Gli Apartamentos Latin sono gestiti direttamente da me, sono situati a pochi metri da uno splendido belvedere e dalla spiaggia ed a breve distanza dal centro storico di Nerja. Sono la soluzione ideale per una vacanza di mare o per un tour culturale dell'Andalusia. Si trovano in un edificio di tre piani con ascensore, piccola piscina e terrazza solarium, hanno 1 o 2 camere da letto, cucina attrezzata e soggiorno e sono dotati di aria condizionata, tv satellitare con canali italiani, ampia terrazza rivolta verso il mare con tavolo e sedie, forno e lavatrice.

The Apartamentos Latin are managed directly by me, are located a few meters from a beautiful viewpoint and from the beach and a short distance from the historic center of Nerja. They are ideal for a beach holiday or a cultural tour of Andalusia. They are located in a building of three floors with lift, small swimming pool and sun terrace, have 1 or 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV with Italian channels, large terrace facing the sea with table and chairs, microwave and washing machine.
