This restaurant and pizzeria is in the heart of the city, it specializes in kids roasts that can be glazed and grilled in sight. There are 36 varieties of exquisite stone pizzas, calzones (an Italian specialty pizza that is folded in half and filled with ham, cheese, olives, vegetables, ricotta, egg etc.), homemade pasta, grilled dorado, knife cut meat, pies, pork costeletas, Rioja, etc. It has a large dining room and sidewalk tables that are popular with young people. It also has a delivery service. The restaurant's name comes from the Quechua t'utura, a herbaceous perennial species of cattail or common reed that is found in marshes, ponds, swamps, wetlands and areas adjacent to South American rivers.
