Las Encinas Restaurant

The restaurant Las Encinas is part of the culinary tradition of Asturias. Specialities include meat dishes made from beef or pork, tripe, late-boot tongue, sweetbreads, governed meat, pork liver soup, liver and onions and cooked ham relleno.
