Excellent crafted beer
My friends in Milan recommended that I visit this brewery, which has been producing craft beer since 1996. I'm glad that I followed their advice! 200 metres from the subway station, this restaurant entertains guests from the moment you arrive, when you choose between the 18 varieties of beer on offer. I was delighted with the Ligera, a top-fermented beer with a slightly bitter orange aftertaste.
I also took the opportunity to dine. The large dinner menu is mostly based on meat. I choose the beef with artichokes and mash. Other options: sausages, provolone, diced coppa, pork shank, etc.
I must say that unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, but the staff were so friendly that I could happily overlook it. They've recently opened another location in the same area, at 60 Via Golgi. I recommend it, but be careful: it's tiny! Book in advance or go elsewhere if you want dinner.
