Restaurant 2.0
In very little time, César Marín (chef and spiritual leader) and his team have made a big name for themselves in the Madrid restaurant world. The food is of the highest quality. If it wasn’t, I wouldn’t be talking about it. But they have something else which makes them stand out: they’re a “Restaurant 2.0”. As César explains in his blog:
