L'Aile Ou la Cuisse

We were walking through the streets of Saint Remy where we found a window full of cupcakes. We saw were a restaurant and this was the claim, the desserts! It was noon and there they had several "formules" (variations to have various menu options) to eat. At the door we saw that it was recommended by the Michelin Guide for a number of years. It had the perfect atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was well presented. And at the end was the dessert! You get up and go to the window and choose what you want, it was amazing. A good memory of the good cuisine and its charming villages.
