Lahti
Lahti is the seventh largest city in Finland and there's a lot of foreigners there because of its universities' good reputation. Like most Finnish cities, winter is hard enough there, but especially in Lahti. Its geographical location causes the winter to be a little colder and the summer to be a little hotter due to the winds that come in off the lake. However, Lahti has a spectacular lake (and there are a few) that's full of life both in winter and summer, so this video is a sample of daily (so a little creative) how much winter is dark and mostly it makes the most of every ray of sunshine.
