Eco-friendly tapas
The truth is that once you enter the alleyways of Cáceres’ historic district there aren’t too many places to eat, so I’d like to point out La Tapería, the tapas bar of the famous restaurant Torre de Sande.
There is a bar area and a terrace overlooking Condes Street, and the menu is informal and based on original, elaborate, and eco-friendly tapas made with natural organic products from the region.
Each tapa costs 4€ and one person can order two and be satisfied. We ordered the puff-pastry with vegetables, caramelized onions, and blue cheese, the pork flank with dates, pesto, and truffle purée, and a Torta de Casar.
