An interesting site
About two hours by car from Caracas, I found a coastal town called La Sabana. Home of baseball player Kevin Escobar, it is a fairly quiet village, where there is brotherhood and self-protection from the outside world. The beaches are pristine and highly conserved by the same people who do not allow visitors tomisbehave and run amok (no tourists).

Fishing is key. There are two lodges managed by its owner that are open mostly on weekends. There is a church, police, hospital, sports facilities, restaurants, etc..
