Not that the rest of the menu isn't worthwhile, but if there's a place to try campellero broth it is in this promenade restaurant. The decor is similar to the inside of a ship and it gets you in the mood for what you're going to eat. Campellero broth is made from a fish stew, the broth is then used to make rice. The order in which you eat the food is first the fish and finally the rice - it's delicious.
