La Gondole restaurant in Cabo Frio is a charming, cozy place. The Italian chef came to Brazil after marrying a Brazilian, and subsequently opened the restaurant. Mr Felipo, the restaurant manager, tells everyone this story, going from table to table chatting and making customers feel at home. The atmosphere is lovely, and you don't need to dress up. Individual dishes vary from R $ 28 to R $ 45. The restaurant is decorated with charming Venetian masks, and serves Italian and French food like pasta, fish, and even duck. They accept cheques, and credit and debit cards. The site is equipped with ramps for people with disabilities and is open Monday to Saturday, from 18h to 00h, and Sundays for lunch 24:00-15: 30.
